By downloading, installing, or using Cupple ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Cupple is an AI-powered dating planner that helps users create personalized date itineraries and provides dating advice through an AI coach. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations based on user preferences.
Cupple Pro Subscription:
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You are responsible for all content you submit through the App, including conversations with the AI wingman.
The date recommendations and dating advice provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Always verify venue information (hours, availability, etc.) before visiting.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Cupple and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cupple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
By using Cupple, you agree that we may collect and use anonymized, aggregate data derived from your usage — including venue selections, ratings, and date preferences — to generate business insights, improve venue recommendations, and share anonymized reports with partner businesses. This data is never personally identifiable.
Cupple is intended for users aged 18 and older. Some recommended venues may serve alcohol and require guests to be 21 or older. Cupple tailors recommendations based on the age range you provide in your profile — users under 21 will not be recommended bars, breweries, or alcohol-focused venues. However, you are solely responsible for complying with all local laws regarding minimum drinking age and venue entry requirements. Cupple does not verify user age and is not liable for underage access to alcohol-serving establishments.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
